Your role

As Clinic Manager, you are the face of our branch in Amsterdam and responsible for the daily operations within the clinic. You ensure that every client feels welcome, seen, and at ease from the very first contact. With your warm presence, eye for detail, and hospitable approach, you create a high-quality experience that matches the standards Aēstec stands for.

You are the first point of contact for our clients, manage our doctors' schedules, and maintain the overview within the clinic. You ensure that appointments run smoothly, scheduling is efficient, and daily operations function flawlessly. Even on busy days, you keep your cool, set the right priorities, and ensure that both clients and colleagues can rely on a professional and organized working environment.

You get energy from a perfectly organized clinic, think ahead, and anticipate what is needed before anyone else does. Thanks to your proactive attitude and sense of service, every day runs at the level of quality our clients expect from Aēstec.
