A coffee with: Anna Arendshorst

As an international model, presenter, and podcast maker, Anna Arendshorst is regularly in the spotlight. Although she still feels energetic and confident, she noticed that her skin was starting to lose some of its firmness in recent years. Who are you and what do you do?

"I am Anna Arendshorst, 37 years old. Since I was sixteen, I have worked as an international model, something I still do with a lot of passion and pleasure. In addition, I am a presenter at Ziggo Sport and I make podcasts."

A subtle change that became increasingly noticeable

"I didn't really get wrinkles, but my skin became a bit looser. As a result, I had the feeling that my face was slowly starting to sag a bit. Because my appearance is an important part of my work, that was still an insecurity."

"Certainly. I am very satisfied with how my face looks now. The insecurity I felt before doesn't really play a role anymore."

What does graceful aging mean to you?

"I think that's a pretty difficult question. I actually look critically at myself every year around the holidays. Is everything still in place as I like to see it, or is there perhaps something small I want to tackle? What is especially important to me is that every treatment always remains natural. I don't want people to ask what I have had done, but for them to say: how good you look."
